As part of Accident Care we are creating a network of certified repairers. These repairers will be able to demonstrate the highest quality skillsets along with a commitment of using Genuine Holden Parts and following Holden’s approved repair procedures. Highly skilled technicians will play a very important role in our certified network. Achieving I-CAR Gold Class status will ensure that all staff members involved in the repair process will be trained in all aspects of modern Holden vehicle repair.

Genuine Holden Collision & Mechanical Repair procedures can be obtained by calling the VACC on 1300 013 343. After providing some details; a link to the packet of repair procedures to bring the vehicle back to OEM specifications will be sent via email.
