Subaru is committed to providing manufacturer’s Body Repair Procedures to the Smash Repair industry.  In an effort to make it easier for Retailers, Collision Repairers, Insurance Assessors and other members of the Collision Repair industry, Subaru has set up a new contact point for all the collision repair procedures and enquiries.  This will now be managed and distributed through the VACC Technical Department.

Commencing on 13th July 2016, for all body repair procedures you will need to call 1800 025 125 during normal business hours.  You will then be assisted by trained staff who will be able to supply you with the specific information you require.  You will then be assisted by trained staff who will be able to supply you with the specific information you require.  A payment of $35 +GST per application will be required to cover all administration costs.  When contacting them, please be ready to supply the following information.

  • Name and company
  • Contact telephone number
  • Email address
  • Vehicle identification number (VIN)
  • Repair procedure/s required

Body Repair Procedures supplied will be able to be viewed online for 72 hours from initial log on.
