STUDENT PRIVACY AGREEMENT

I-CAR is committed to protecting an individual’s right to privacy, and will only use and disclose personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and other relevant legislation. ALL employers must agree and action the following to access their current and future employees’ training records.

The business MUST obtain consent from any employee nominated for either the Road to Gold or Gold Class programs prior to requesting their individual training records through the I-CAR team or I-CAR’s self-servicing myI-CAR portal.*

If a nominated employee leaves the business, the Gold Class administration team must be notified within 5 business days. The business will no longer have access to or attempt to access the training record once an employee leaves their employment.*
