AMBRA Incentive Booking Form

I-CAR Australia is offering the below courses at a reduced rate for the month of August only, to assist in achieving the AMBRA category 2 training requirements. To take advantage of this offer, all registrations and payments must be received before August 31st 2020.

You will need to clearly identify which participants are taking part and in what training sessions by marking the appropriate box/boxes. Your nominated programs will need to be completed by Dec 16th 2020 in order to comply with the training element of the grading criteria.

Each course will be at the reduced rate of $247.50 (including GST)

An invoice will be sent out upon receipt of registration for payment for all the courses registered on the below form.
